(Tony) Santana International School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts counts with a modern building designed for the teaching of all its programs with four state-of-the-art Kitchen Laboratories, a Bartending Lab, a Demo Kitchen Amphitheater, a Teaching Restaurant, a Multipurpose Mini Ballroom, and 8 modern classrooms with wireless internet access.

The $8M facility clearly demonstrates the University’s long-term commitment to become the leading educational Institution for the hospitality industry in the Caribbean. Our School at the Carolina UNE campus is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA); the Middles States Association; the American Culinary Federation (ACF), and licensed by the Puerto Rico Education Council.
